Our Media Consent Process
Every client has three options:
Full Consent - Permission to share before-and-after photos, details about the project, and testimonials on our website, social media, and marketing materials (client name remains anonymous unless specifically authorized)
Limited Consent - Permission to share select photos (typically of specific areas rather than whole rooms) with minimal identifying details
No Consent - No images, specific details, or references to your project will be shared publicly
How We Protect Your Identity
Even with consent to share project photos, we take careful measures to ensure your privacy:
Removal of identifying items in photos (personal photos, documents, etc.)
No location information or address details
No mention of client names unless specifically authorized
Focus on the organizing systems rather than personal belongings

Before your project begins, you'll receive our standard media release form outlining your options
You can change your consent status at any time by contacting us
For clients who decline media sharing, we respect this decision completely with no impact on service quality
